SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Help automate routine tasks to minimize manual work and assist in designing processes that reduce this workload.
Support in identifying potential internal IT security issues and suggesting possible solutions.
Assist in the technical evaluation of changes, projects, or security initiatives by gathering information and providing input.
Collaborate with different teams to track and improve KPIs, helping monitor progress and follow up on key actions.
Help assess and respond to lower-complexity security incidents, escalating internally as needed.
Be familiar enough with application development, architecture design, infrastructure deployment, network, and API management to support security discussions as a first point of contact and assist with basic requests.
Assist the security team by contributing to the definition of new solutions, evaluating proposals with potential security impacts, and suggesting ideas to meet minimum requirements.
Support in reviewing vulnerability assessments, pentests, or audit results, helping understand and prioritize possible security issues.
Help maintain the vulnerability management solution by expanding its coverage, assisting with issue resolution, and coordinating with teams and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS
Certifications in cyber security will be positively considered.
asic knowledge of network security, application security, cloud computing, infrastructure, endpoint security, and vulnerability management.
General understanding of IT Security technologies (such as WAF, SIEM, AV, DLP, EDR, web content filtering, etc.).
Good analytical and technical skills, able to manage multiple requests with deadlines, work in a demanding environment, and handle basic scheduling and time management.
Experience working as part of a team with an outsourced SOC or other externalized services.
Comfortable using specialized tools, even without in-depth expertise, and able to extract necessary information for more complex tasks.
Helpful to have a basic understanding of user lifecycle security (e.g., SAP, AD).
