SEEKING: SOTI & 3D Workstation Specialist
JOB PURPOSE
As the SOTI and 3D Workstation Specialist, you will beresponsible for managing, supporting and maintaining the company's SOTI mobiledevice management (MDM) platform as well as ensuring the optimal performance of3D workstations used in design, engineering and related applications.
Your role is crucial in ensuring that both mobile devicesand 3D workstations operate seamlessly and meet the technical requirements ofthe organization.
KEYRESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
► SOTI Mobile Device Management (MDM):
●Administer and manage the SOTI MobiControl platform for the enterprise’s mobiledevices.
●Configure and deploy mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) to ensure they meetsecurity and compliance standards.
●Troubleshoot issues related to mobile device performance, connectivity and security.
● Createand enforce policies for device security, app management and data protection onmobile devices.
● Providesupport for end-users regarding mobile device setup, updates and usage.
► 3D Workstation Management:
● Overseethe setup, configuration and maintenance of high-performance 3D workstationsused for design, engineering and 3D modeling.
● Ensurethat 3D workstations meet the hardware and software requirements of industry-specificapplications.
●Troubleshoot issues related to graphics performance, system compatibilityandsoftware integration on 3D workstations.
● Performregular upgrades of hardware components and software to maintain optimalperformance and compatibility.
► Performance Optimization:
● Monitor andoptimize the performance of mobile devices and 3D workstations, ensuring theyoperate efficiently.
● Conductregular audits and performance tests to identify bottlenecks or areas forimprovement.
●Implement best practices for managing both mobile devices and 3D workstationsto ensure reliability and security
► User Support and Training:
● Providetechnical support to end-users for mobile devices managed through SOTI and 3Dworkstations.
● Trainusers on best practices for utilizing mobile devices and workstations for theirspecific tasks and applications.
●Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve more complex issues and ensure a smoothuser experience
► Documentation and Reporting:
● Maintaindetailed documentation for the configuration, management and troubleshooting ofSOTI and 3D workstations.
● Provideregular reports on system performance, incidents and compliance for both mobiledevices and 3D workstations.
● Documentprocedures and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing across theIT team.
SKILLS,EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
■ English is the program language (oral& written), Spanish is a plus.
■ Strong experience with SOTI MobiControl or similarmobile device management platforms.
■ Knowledge of configuring and managing 3Dworkstations and performance optimization for graphic-intensive applications.
■ Experience with 3D software and tools.
■ Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware andsoftware issues on mobile devices and workstations.
■ Familiarity with device security, encryptionand data protection practices.
■ Excellent problem-solving skills fordiagnosing and resolving technical issues.
■ Ability to analyze performance data andrecommend solutions to improve system efficiency.
■ Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintainingsystem security and performance.
■ Strong communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to assist non-technical users.
■ Ability to work independently as well as in ateam-oriented environment.
■ Effective time management and organizationalskills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
WE OFFER:
· Full-time Freelance contract
· Rate: €240/€260 per day + VAT (According toproven experience)
· Long Term Project. Recurrence in Projects
· Location: Alcobendas (Madrid) - Hybrid: 3/4 days a week in person in theoffice
