JOB PURPOSE

We arelooking for an IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The candidate will beresponsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenanceof our clients, IT systems and infrastructure from the users to the customersand suppliers.

 

The ITTechnician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation ofhardware, software, and networking components, as well as addressing anyIT-related issues or concerns. He will be under the responsibility of a moreexperienced technician

 

KEYRESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

● Install,configure, and maintain hardware and software components (workstations).

● Solveincidents regarding network

● Providetechnical support and assistance to end-users, both remotely and on-site, to resolvehardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. The support will be donevia phone/email and ServiceNow.

● Provideand configure devices of newcomers (Phone including line management, Laptop)plus training. Including the inventory management of the devices and consumables.

●Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems, identify root causes,and implement effective solutions in partnership with Group teams.

● Manageuser accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policiesand security best practices.

● Documenttechnical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future referenceand knowledge sharing.

● Performmonthly reporting.

●Supervise the smooth operation from the meeting rooms (Cisco environment).

 

SKILLS,EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

■Bachelor's degree with specialization in Information Technology, ComputerScience, or related field preferred.

■ Provenexperience as an IT Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of ITsystems, infrastructure, and technologies.

■Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software,and networking components.

■ Solidknowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, IOS, Android), productivity software(e.g., Microsoft Office 365), and network environment.

■ Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolvetechnical issues effectively.

■Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionallywith clients, colleagues, and suppliers.

■ Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managingmultiple priorities and deadlines.

■ Twolanguages need to be spoken: Spanish and English (C1). French is a plus.

■Certifications are a plus.

■ 100% onsite role (no remote work)

 

WE OFFER: 

·         Full-time Freelance contract

·         Rate: €240/€260 per day + VAT (According toproven experience)

·         Long Term Project. Recurrence in Projects

·         Location: Alcobendas (Madrid) -  On site
