SEEKING: Collaborative Data & Power Platform ProductLead
JOB PURPOSE
As the Collaborative Data Management and Power PlatformCenter of Excellence (CoE) product leader, you will play a key role ingoverning, optimizing, and driving the adoption of Microsoft collaborativetools (Teams, SharePoint) and the Power Platform across the organization. Youwill be responsible for implementing best practices in data management andcollaborative workflows, while leading a center of excellence dedicated to promotingthe use of the Power Platform.
KEYRESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES
► Collaborative Data Management(Teams/SharePoint):
● Developand implement a data management strategy through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
● Ensuregovernance and compliance of shared data, adhering to internal policies andrelevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, data security).
● Overseethe architecture of collaborative spaces to optimize the user experience.
● Leadtraining and awareness sessions on best practices for using Teams and SharePoint.
● TrackKPIs and performance metrics to maximize the adoption of collaborative tools.
●Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for continuousimprovement.
● Trackthe level of storage and increase capacity if required.
► Power Platform Center of ExcellenceManagement:
● Establishand manage a Center of Excellence for the Power Platform (Power BI, PowerAutomate, Power Apps).
● Promotethe use of Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and improveproductivity.
● Leadcross-functional teams in developing low-code business applications and automatedworkflows.
●Implement governance standards for apps and automated flows created within the PowerPlatform.
● MonitorPower Platform advancements and identify new technological opportunities tomeet business needs.
●Coordinate training and support efforts for Power Platform users.
► Technology Watch and Support:
● Stay upto date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 platforms.
● Serve asthe main point of contact between internal users and IT teams for all mattersrelated to Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform.
● Supportthe adoption and development of new collaborative tools based on organizationalneeds.
SKILLS,EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
■ Englishis the program language (oral & written), Spanish is a plus.
■Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, IT, or arelated field.
■Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertisein Microsoft 365 environments, particularly Teams, SharePoint, and the PowerPlatform.
► Technical Skills:
●Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint (administration, contentmanagement, governance).
●Expertise in using the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
●Knowledge of data governance and security principles.
●Experience in managing a center of excellence or cross-functional teams.
► Soft Skills:
●Excellent communication and training abilities.
● Strongleadership in driving digital transformation projects and promoting tooladoption.
●Team-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
WE OFFER:
· Full-time Freelance contract
· Rate: €240/€260 per day + VAT (According toproven experience)
· Long Term Project. Recurrence in Projects
· Location: Alcobendas (Madrid) - Hybrid: 3/4 days a week in person in theoffice
